Roshan Shrestha Help: A Free Online Platform to Solve Facebook Issues

Roshan Shrestha launches a free online help platform for Nepali Facebook users to report issues and get video solutions for monetization, policy, and content problems.

Digital content creators in Nepal facing issues with Facebook now have access to a free, open support system. Journalist and media entrepreneur Roshan Shrestha has launched a new platform called Roshan Shrestha Help that allows users to report problems and receive public video solutions — all without the need to log in or register.

The platform is designed specifically for users who find themselves locked out of Facebook’s monetization tools, affected by content restrictions, or confused by policy violations they don’t understand. In Nepal, where Facebook serves as a major source of income for thousands, sudden technical problems can leave creators helpless. Shrestha’s platform addresses this support gap.

“This isn’t a corporate helpdesk,” Shrestha said. “It’s a space where real people share their issues and learn together through open, public answers.”

Users Can Submit Problems in Minutes
To use the platform, users need only visit the official website, enter their name, write a brief title for their problem, and describe the issue in detail. There is no requirement to create an account or provide sensitive information. In fact, users are strongly advised not to include any private credentials.

Once submitted, the post becomes visible to the public on the same page. This makes the entire process transparent — and helpful for others experiencing similar problems. The site does not allow photo, video, or link uploads. All submissions must be written in text only, to maintain clarity and safety.

Editorial Review and Public Video Responses

Each post is manually reviewed by Shrestha and his team. Problems that are common, urgent, or particularly useful for others are selected for response. These responses take the form of video tutorials, which explain the solution step by step.

The videos are then published on Khoj Samachar’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel, where viewers can watch and follow the guidance in Nepali language. Once a submitted issue has been addressed, its status on the website is changed from “Pending” to “Complete.”

A Growing Knowledge Base for Creators
Shrestha hopes the site will grow into a searchable archive of real-world Facebook problems and their fixes — a free resource for Nepali users navigating increasingly automated systems on global platforms.

“This is for creators who don’t have access to Facebook support,” Shrestha explained. “Many lose income over technical issues they don’t even understand. If one person’s problem gets solved publicly, it can help many others.” The platform currently receives posts daily, and new videos are released up to three times per week, depending on volume and urgency.

Community Rules and Moderation
To maintain a respectful and useful space, some basic rules are enforced. Any post containing offensive language or irrelevant content is deleted. Repeated violations may result in users being blocked from posting. Users are encouraged to first check whether a similar problem has already been posted. Duplicate issues are discouraged, as they slow down the review process.

Accessing the Platform: Roshan Shrestha Help

It is open to all Nepali users, especially creators, page managers, and freelancers who depend on Facebook as part of their digital livelihood.
