Kathmandu,  – The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has announced a reshuffling of its leadership structure, assigning new responsibilities to key figures within the party. On the occasion of its third anniversary, the Central Committee meeting of the party officially appointed Kabindra Burlakoti as the General Secretary.

Burlakoti, who had been serving in an acting capacity, will now take on the role as a full-time General Secretary. This decision follows the release of an official letter from the Election Commission, which still recognizes Dr. Mukul Dhakal as the General Secretary of the party. The move signals a shift in the party’s internal organization and decision-making.

Similarly, the party has promoted Acting Spokesperson Manish Jha to the official role of Spokesperson. To mark its founding day, RSP organized a series of events in Kathmandu, reviewing the party’s three-year journey and discussing its future plans.

According to party sources, the leadership changes aim to strengthen internal coordination and help the party move forward in a more institutionalized and cohesive manner. With the introduction of new leadership roles, the party anticipates an increase in momentum and energy among its members.
