Dubai — Nepal will open the innings against the United States after being sent in to bat in their ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 match at the ICC Academy ground in Dubai. The USA won the toss and decided to field first.
The game begins at 11:15 a.m. Nepal time. Nepal are still searching for their first victory in the ongoing tri-series, having lost their first two matches — one to the USA and the other to hosts United Arab Emirates.
Today’s fixture marks Nepal’s second meeting with the USA in this series. The team will face the UAE on November 5 before heading back home. In a change to the lineup, Nandan Yadav comes in for Sompal Kami, who has been rested for the match.
