Kathmandu — Nepal Telecom has announced scheduled fiber cable maintenance in the Patan area of Lalitpur, which will lead to temporary disruptions in internet, telephone, and TV services for three consecutive nights.
The maintenance will be carried out during nighttime hours, with services affected daily from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. On Wednesday (Asar 32), the following areas will be impacted: Machhindra Bahal, Lagankhel, Talchikhel, Patan Industrial Area, and inner areas of the Satdobato Ring Road.
On Thursday (Shrawan 1), the affected locations will include Chyasal, Chakupat, Jwagal, and Pulchowk. On Friday (Shrawan 2), service will be disrupted in Jawalakhel, Ekantakuna, Kharibot, Bhanimandal, Sanepa, and Dhobighat.
If services are not restored as scheduled, customers are advised to contact Nepal Telecom’s customer service at 198 or the Patan Telecommunications Office at 01–5423363. Nepal Telecom has apologized for the inconvenience and has requested customers’ cooperation during the maintenance period.
